I hope someone here can advise me.
I've just been reading the TrinityOS site because
I'm having problems installing Red Hat Linux in a
secure manner.
I've purchased a open-doc book called "Securing and
Optimizing Linux : Red Hat Edition". This book is
full of great information.
I followed the books instructions to for
installing the OS in a secure fashion. This
includes using the custom installation proceedure
and omitting allot of applications.
But afterwards I can't install applications such
as Tripwire. I get compile errors.
I'm not a programer so I have no idea what I'm
looking at, or why these things are happening.
I'm wondering if anyone else outhere might be
having the same problems.
Please advise if you can.
Thanks,
kelly
