Hi,
I can't seem to get my IP masquerading to work. I have no experience
with this, but have read the HOWTO and this mail-archive with no luck so
far. I'm running SuSE 7.0 Linux 2.4.5 ( 2 NIC) as a server whit internet
connection, and a Slackvare 3.6 Linux 2.2.5 as a client on my local network.
I can ping my server from the client (both the "internal" & "external"
interface), and my server connects to internet as well as to my local
network. However, I can not reach any remote machines from my local
network. I have compiled my kernel as suggested in the HOWTO, and I am
using the rc.firewall script also in th HOWTO document. Any suggestions
what could be the problem?
Thanks...
