Im running Redhat 7.0 and im having somewhat the same problem, I cannot get an IP upon 
a reboot, I MUST start my network card manually after it have failed to come
up automatically. Dont know what's the deal here..Im on Telia ADSL.

Also having this weird bug, after a while I cannot surf anywhere or ftp anywhere from 
the masq box..but the clients on the network can surf and ftp..weird..but not
the server itself..cannot start cs server etc...
