Thanks for the help.  I'll be picking up the cable modem at lunch and will
be trying it out tonight.  I've gotten some pretty detailed responses and
will post a report of my success or another plea for help to the list within
the next few days.

Sure couldn't have gotten this kind of support from Microsoft.  Open Source
RULES!
