How is ipfwadm supposed to know which IP addresses it "should" be able
to look up, and which ones it shouldn't?  It just tries to look up
everything.  If you don't want it to do that, use the -n switch.

Adding the network name to your /etc/networks file might make a
difference, too.  Even better, if you run your own nameserver, make
it authoritative for the 0.168.192.in-addr.arpa domain, so that you
don't waste the internet's time with requests for private network
addresses.  :)
