I use IP masq for over a year with fulll success. But now as my setup
changed a bit, I need a little help from someone more experienced.
The setup before:
three subnets, each with its own allocated private adddress sspace:
192.168.0/24, 192.168.1/24, 10.0.0/24 masqueraded via a dedicated
Linux box with diald installed onto a static ISDN link. Worked fine, no
problem.
Recently the ISDN uplink has been replaced by a leased line uplink with
a Cisco 1000, with a few 'official' IP addresses. I should now do
masquerading the existing subnets so, that their traffic should be
forwarded via 3 dedicated IP addresses - each subnet on its own addresss
- in order to our ISP can do accounting to the subnets independently.
The Linux box has 4 eth adapters:
192.168.0.1 - eth0, subnet 1
192.168.1.1 - eth1, subnet 2
10.0.0.1 - eth2, subnet 3
194.88.37.154 - eth3, non-private IP addresses assigned by the ISP,
connected to the Cisco on 194.88.37.153
.155 - eth3:0
.156 - eth3:1
What should I do to masq subnet1 _only_ via 194.88.37.154, subnet2 via
.155, etc?
