Beyond the massive security implications with this unless you setup a
VERY strong firewall, you will need to simply enable IPPORTFW to
redirect ports 137, 138, and 139 to your internal Win9x machine.
With this in place, there will be no need to use LPR unless you
DON'T want to print to this printer via Windows (SMB).

This would be simplier and then you can do both LPR and Samba print
sharing via your Linux box. This senario is completely covered in
