The utility known as "ipportfw" is used only on Linux 2.0 kernels.  In
the Linux 2.2 kernel, as used by Red Hat 6.0, the required utilitiy is
called "ipmasqadm", and as far as I can tell, it is not included with
Red Hat.  You will find it here:

In the HOWTO examples, wherever you see the command "ipportfw <options>",
you only need to change the command to say "ipmasqadm portfw <options>".
It is simple.  :)
