Jose:
Are your Novell servers running IP? Until just recently, Novell ran
only IPX for file services, and IP for auxiliary services, like DHCP
and so forth. It's possible to alter Netware servers' behavior with
regard to RIP and other broadcasts, but it's not a normal thing, or
easy to do. The purpose of RIP and SAP are to advertise the
presence of individual Netware servers to one another, and to
advise each other of various IPX networks and the routes to them
through those servers.
You might trying to disable IPX at your Linux system with
alias net-pf-4 off
in your /etc/conf.modules file.
If this doesn't help, I think I can get you some more IPX routing
help.
