Take a look at PhonePatch, it has worked great for me!
http://www.equival.com.au/phonepatch/index.html
It does not support whiteboard, though. All you do is install the program
and
run it and there you go!
You don't need to do any masquerading rules or anything like that....check
the webpages and they have all the info you need.
