That's what I'm trying to get working: phonepatch!
I have a RedHat 5.2 box named tanith (192.168.1.254, eth1) that is my
firewall. eth0 is connected
to my Cisco 675 adsl modem. I have a static IP.
I can do FTP/HTTP/IRC/Real Audio from my win95 laptop named fuller,
192.168.1.4 just fine with
masquerading and the appropriate modules.
I put phonepatch of tanith. I used the web interface on fuller to point
phonepatch to
ils.microsoft.com. I configured netmeeting on fuller to log on to tanith as
an ils server.
The problem is that i can only log on to tanith about 30% of the time! when I
finally do, I usually
get a "cannot find [EMAIL PROTECTED]" when I double click on someone's
name.
I know I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what it is. Any ideas,
anyone?
