Kudos.  Well put Bill.  This gets my vote as the most thourough and
succinct HOWTO I've seen on posting questions to technical forums like
the ipchains or masq lists.  I plan to keep a copy handy for future
reference and refferal to other lists to which I belong (with your
permission of course).  This belongs in every list FAQ and certainly
compliments the old MIT usenet FAQ archive, RTFM.mit.edu.
