Yes.  Especially if you've only just booted up.

The "-M -l" option prints out a list of current connections that are
being masqueraded.  If you go to one of your machines behind the
firewall and open a connection, then run that command, you should see it
listed.

The command you probably want is "ipfwadm -F -l", to list out the
forwarding ruleset, which is what your commands have set up.
