Make sure you have the NT machine give the windows machines the correct
default gateway. I haven't run an NT DHCP server in a while, but I'm pretty
sure it can hand the clients any gateway you choose - I suspect that it
defaulted to itself as gateway, and that you forgot to change it to have
the masq box be the default gateway.
