In theory, yet, but it has nothing to do with IP Masquerade. Your are
talking about routing, and the only way I know to configure routing is
via the route table. Route tables do their work based solely on the IP
address.
That being said, I have read about other routing protocols for which
Linux has experimental code. However, I have never been in a position
to experiment with them. Perhaps someone can give a pointer to some of
these protocols.
