Well, this can be done one of two ways:
1. Configure all of the MASQ'ed WWW browswers to use
your ISP's proxy server (super easy)
2. Configure up the Squid proxy server on your Linux box
and set it up to then forward its requests to your
ISP's proxy server and then, see #1 above but
point the browsers to your local proxy server.
Btw.. are you SURE that you can't get to WWW services directly?
Try this:
telnet www.yahoo.com 80
If the TELNET connects but doesn't print anything out, you should
be able to skip your ISP's proxy server all together and WWW away.
If it doesn't connect, call your ISP and COMPLAIN! You do NOT
want all of your secure bank transactions, etc going through
their proxy servers. If they say that their server is "secure",
etc.. they are avoiding the issue.
