Well, I know that Cisco routers with multiple BRI ports can do this with 
Stack Group ?Bonding? protocol (SGBP).  Beyond that, the only other way 
I know you can do this is with an ISDN PRI (T1) router.  Either method 
will be expensive.  Ask how your ISP is going to offer a multiple 
BRI bonding service.
