Correct.  Some people report some functionality but it doesn't
work like it should.

Um.. CuSeeme has native support but I doubt its features 
can compare to NetMeeting.  

Are you looking for bi-direcctional audio and video or just audio?

I've used VocalTech's InternetPhone before and it worked pretty well.
