As far as I know you have to do this _every_ time you run ftp. You might
want to look at the possability of putting something in the .netrc file
(options for FTP), but a cursory glance at the man pages didn't reveal to
me how.
This option is necessary to traversing a IP_Masq gateway since the
standard ftp protocol dynamicaly creates ports to talk to your local
machine--but the masq system can't predict this and so doesn't know where
to send the new port to.
