Apparently they want to put a 159.255 repeater on the Western Summit with an input of 156.21. 153.95 will be retained for base and mobile ops - maybe at low elevations only. (there are no attachments to the application) repeater and mobile will be narrowband 11K2F3E. 153.95 will be both narrowband and wideband.
