31.46 - PL 131.8 - is still active around here somewhere - I think it is the Massachusetts State Game Wardens / Environmental Police - I might have been hearing a base station off of Mount Wachusetts - there is very little traffic that I heard on this channel - in 6 hours I think I just heard 3 messages - "Control to all units" - the dispatcher was telling everyone that the computer system was down or up or whatever - she wanted units to tell her if they were working (on duty) so she could log them in - I suspect that the bulk of their radio traffic is on the MSP TRS
