My 2002 letter to the Arlington Housing Authority. Imagine - 12 years later and nothing has changed. Note - 1 tenant at 4 Winslow St in Arlington does now have a alarm system on the apartment door. The tenant told me (face to face) that the alarm system has improved the situation.
