(all of this testimony was given either 1 month or 3 months or more after the event i think I am just listing the items that were of interest to me. If you start reading at Page 195 you will get all of Darren Wilson's testimony. It is not a long read. page 112 approx - FBI agent begins to testify about her recollections of her (untaped) interview with Darren Wilson page 112 - 5 shots then 2 shots then 1 shot page 112 - Wilson radios "send every available car and a supervisor" page 115 - first pull bad - 2nd pull OK - pulls 3 and 4 bad - on trigger of Wilsons gun in car page 122 - radio on left or right? right - no - left page 123 - Wilson called 'shots fired' on radio page 129 - gun on right hip page 129 - 30 feet between - Wilson backed up - then 15 feet between when shots fired page 152 - Wilson wanted to go to station to get lunch, not stop perps in street page 155 - brown was huge but Wilson called him toward the police car page 155 - brown put head in car and swung both hands - maybe - ??? page 155 - Brown gave cigars to other kid - Wilson remebered "force triangle" page 159 - Brown had right hand on gun page 161 - Brown thought he was shot in hip - bent down came back up - put both hands thru window page 163 - Wilson blind racked gun with both hands - Wilson saw bullet hit dirt page 164 - Wilson didnt klnow if he used the portable radio (walkie) or the mobile radio (in the dashboard) - "important later" - [there was 1 microphone for the mobile radio, and there apparently was a remote microphone for the portable radio also) page 167 - unsure how many shots - tunnel vision page 169 - after Brown hit ground, Wilson made another radio call page 170 - Wilson called for ambulance - (???? contradicts later testimony???) page 172 - Wilson portable radio was on Ch 3 instead of Channel 1 - Channel 3 is County PD - Channel 1 is Ferguson PD main channel - this was discovered as Wilson returned to police station page ??? - Wilson drove himself back to the police station alone page 183 - Wilson did not request ambulance page ??? - beginning of Wilson testimony - he answered yes to a no question - something like that page 195 - Darren Wilson testimony begins - he is the final witness page 198 - Wilson is 6 foot 4 inches tall and 210 pounds page 202 - portable radio is not the best - he could not hear all the details of the robbery call apparently page 204 - portable radio (microphone) on left shoulder page 226 - Wilson is certain about the shots fired in the car page 230 - Brown hit ground and his feet came up - Wilson made immediate radio call - (apparently he did not notice that no one answered him) - Wilson also made radio call when getting out of car (which also no one acknowledged apparently) page 235 - different cop called ambulance page 240 - radio call - ??? page 251 - Darren Wilson worked for Pine Lawn (PD) for 8 hours - ??? page 267 - Wilson says that he never touched Browns throat page 273 - wait 72 hours for interview after traumatic event - is best -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
