testimony from Fergusson PD Sergeant (? Schultz) pg 18 - all radio traffic is recorded - portable radios are 5 watts - remote receiver(s) used - (not a repeater system - is simplex on 155.01)
pg 18 - Sgt did not hear robbery call nor shots fired call even though he was just 3/4 mile away - (at some point he must have turned up the volume on his radio or he left some deep dark radio deadspot) pg 33 - puxxy statement is at different time than Wilson said - no tape recorder - no notes - had shot someone before and miscounted shots pg 38 - sergeant did not know that Wilson had shot someone pg 39 - no blood on Wilson pg 61 - Sgt says that Fergusson PD Comms Supervisor does have tape of Wilson "shots fired" call - but ADA says maybe that is hearsay - Sgt agrees pg 64 - 3 or 4 days after (cant read my note here - something about 3 or 4 days after) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "massfire" group.
