Plan B - Every fire station that has 2 companys will be equipped with 2 quints and 3 vans - manning will be 1 person on each quint, and 2 people on each van. Plan C - Each fire station that has 2 companys will be equipped with 1 quint and 1 pumper / ambulance. Staffing can be 4 and 4 or 5 and 3 or 6 and 2.
