considering that Detroit has 2 double company stations in the area - they could close all the PSO departments - move 2 detroit quints into the area - and have no one more than 2 miles from a fully staffed fire station - (not sure if they have any 60 MPH roads in the area - if they do - that would mean that a 2 mile response would only take 2 minutes) - put 1 quint at St Johns Hospital - put 2nd quint 1 or 2 miles north of the hospital - some of the existing PSO agencies have station nearly in Lake Saint Clair
