fairly simple actually - 2 channels for paging only  (33.80 +
152.0075) - 2 uhf channels for response (453.375 and 460.60) - 5 low
power tac channels - several stand alone repeater channels that
apparently serve various areas as response channels or backup channels
- some repeaters to patch to low band channels - 1 garbage channel - 1
MO3 channel

backup system uses 11 repeaters on 453.375 and 6 repeaters on 460.60

the various FDs and ems agencies might have some local channels also

there might be some business band channels involved also

453.375 and 460.60 might be synchronized simulcast channels since they
show just 1 input PL for normal / primary ops

33.80 and 152.0075 might be synchronized simulcast also - used for paging

no paging tones are heard on 460.60 nor 453.375

(afaik no one else does write ups like this about public safety radio systems)
