Here's my thought about the broadcast indicator: when broadcast is enabled, we can turn on a variety of indicators instead of a single one, such as: new terminal title, new tab title, new tabbar icon, yellow frame around the terminal window. 1. I attached a patch to change the terminal title. 2. As for tab title, my suggestion is to add a single '*' or '!' at the beginning of the title. This needs some efforts because of the multi-char issues. 3. I didn't get chance to look at your patch. 4. Change feature.h:DEFAULT_INTERNALBORDERWIDTH to 1 or 2, and draw yellow border when broadcast is turned on. Any comments?
