Erm. You might want to install mrxvt.terminfo instead. Doing TERM=linux
disables some otherwise nice features (e.g. 256 colors, and swap
screen). It may or may not interact well with w3m and some other
packages.

Home / end is just some escape sequence:

    Mrxvt.macro.home:   Str \e[7~

or something like that should do the trick.
