Ha ha. Good luck. I don't do Windows, so hopefully someone else here
will be able to help you.

That said, the only thing I can think of that interferes with the
pointer is the pointerblank feature. If you disable that (even via a
runtime option), then mrxvt does not get notified of pointer motion
events. So in theory, mrxvt should not be responsible for this mouse
weirdness. (Mrxvt of course gets notified of button press / drag events,
which we need to select text / tabs.)
