Hi Jim, 

How did you get the focus follows mouse working?  Last time I used Windows and 
Cygwin, I set that up using Microsoft's TweakUI program, and cygwin+windows 
apps, including an older version of mrxvt, worked fine for me.  At least that 
is what I can remember, been a while since I've used Windows, things might have 
changed.
