I'm trying to plot 6 plots onto A4 papersize dimensions as 3x2 images. While I've got the plots, the y axis scale is puzzling me. The data is index ticker data(it doesn't go negative at all) but the scale goes from -1000 to max index for the 2nd to 6th plot.
I had to use something like ax3.axis([x[1], x[-1], 0.8 * y_min, 1.1 * y_max]) to fix it. You can see the difference in the 2nd plot versus the rest.
