I'm trying to compile the mex file for BPMPD, and it seems like I need some .f files that are not in the package (mex is looking for mprnt_,timer_ and solver_ which are not in the package).
That is correct. We do not distribute the source code for BPMPD itself, only for the MEX interface to it. If you want to compile the MEX file yourself you will need to obtain the source code for the Fortran version directly from the author of BPMPD (see http:// www.sztaki.hu/~meszaros/bpmpd/).
Out of curiousity, what architecture are you attempting to build for? I assume none of our pre-built MEX files work for your architecture?
