I think there is a small documentation bug in version 3.2 of matpower.

In the help of "opf.m", the following is stated:

    Then, to each element of r a function is applied as encoded in the
    fparm matrix (see manual or type 'help generalcost').  If the
    resulting vector is now named w, then H and Cw define a quadratic
    cost on w:  (1/2)*w'*H*w + Cw * w . H and N should be sparse matrices
    and H should also be symmetric.
In this paragraph, the reference to 'help generalcost' is incorrect as the file generalcost.m is not in the matpower3.2 package (at least not in my downloaded version). The explanation is in the manual, so there is no real problem, just thought that this could be adjusted (or adding generalcost.m or removing the 'help generalcost') in a future version.
