In this paragraph, the reference to 'help generalcost' is incorrect
as the file generalcost.m is not in the matpower3.2 package (at
least not in my downloaded version). The explanation is in the
manual, so there is no real problem, just thought that this could be
adjusted (or adding generalcost.m or removing the 'help
generalcost') in a future version.
