Hello everyone I'm a student from Poland and currently I'm writing my master thesis. I'm using case13 for simulations. In mail list archive I read about OPF minimum cost, minimization power active losses and social welfare maximization and I managed to solve these problems, but I couldn't find any information about OPF minimum control changes. Can anyone give me some tips how to solve this problem?
