That is not the Implicit Zbus Gauss method described in my dissertation. That 
is the standard Gauss-Seidel method that is already implemented in MATPOWER. 
And by the way, the easy way to run that one is …

opt = mpoption('PF_ALG', 4);
runpf(case_name, opt);
