Power world simulator software has the capability of finding ATC.

As I said, the current version of MATPOWER includes some (unsupported) 
contributed code in extras/cpf for doing continuation power flow. If that 
doesn't work for you, PSAT may have a CPF option, but I'm not really familiar 
with any other CPF software that I could suggest.
