Thanks Shri, I am using BFGS via Fmincon function. The problem is solved correctly by using Active set and also by using Fmincon finite-difference Hessian estimation. But using BFGS hessian estimation does not solve the problem. Is there any suggestion. (after I will try with exact Hessian).
