I am working on state estimation in Matpower. I have to analyze the state estimation for 39 bus system for different algorithms. In the test_se file in this path \matpower4.1\extras\se?, where does the eight idx measurements come from? Are these measurements taken after the powerflow or directly from the bus and generator details before the powerflow? Can you please guide me on which file is used to obtain those details.
