Hello, I read the program documentation and it seems that the program only takes into account the rate limits in OPF. Is there any function or comand to make the program use those limits? Just like the function ENFORCE_Q_LIMS, which by default the program runs the PF without looking at those limits.
Another question, does anyone knows any literature that teaches how to combine evolutive algorithms with Matpower? Thank you.
