Hi there, I am am wondering what type of equation goes into the cost matrix. I have calculated the input-output characteristic function that is in the form of C = aP^2 + bP + c which has the units $/h. My first thought was to put this equation straight into the matrix but was unsure if this was the correct one as a few of the figures (fig. 6-4) in the user manual have units of $/MW, which to my understanding is the incremental cost rate.
