No, I meant that you can use an OPF solver to solve a PF by imposing the right 
set of constraints (variable limits) on the problem.

No, that is not currently implemented. However, you could use the OPF to solve 
a constrained power flow, by setting the voltage magnitude and active power 
limits at PV buses to their set-points. The voltage magnitude limits at the 
slack bus also need to be set to the voltage setpoint.
