I am looking to simulate the effects of adding different renewable energy generation capacity, particularly wind energy, and simulating the effects on the power network. I am wondering what is the best way to add wind generation to cases in Matpower plus I would also like to use time step analysis to take a look at load demand and to analyse if wind generation can supply the required demand over a period of one day. What is the best way to implement this in MATPOWER?
