Hi, I've got a naïve question on the length of the 'time period' in Matpower. Previously, I presume it to be 1 hour. However, when adding ramp constraints through parameter RAMP_30, which defines the ramp capability in 30mins (not in terms of time periods/units), I found none of those constraints actually bind according to the result. Hence, I'm wondering what is the default length of 'time period' in Matpower and whether there is a way to change it.
