See Section 6.1 in the manual. It includes the power balance constraints, branch flow limits, upper and lower bounds on voltage magnitudes and generator active and reactive power injections, and a constraint on the reference bus voltage angle. If your case includes branch angle difference limits in the data, they will also be included. And, depending on what is included in your case file, it also includes the constraints mentioned in Section 6.4 for dispatchable loads, piece-wise linear generator costs, and generator capability curves.
