TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I know MATPOWER can do the state estimation (for instance, test_se_14bus.m). I wonder what would the state estimation use Kalman filter, which is described in Professor Mo's paper, False Data Injection Attacks in Control System (link to the paper: http://yilinmo.github.io/public/papers/scs2010.pdf), looks like. However, I am not an Electrical Engineer. May you tell me what would be the Matrix A and B (in the equation 1 of the paper) for the same 14 bus system as in test_se_14bus.m?
