The statement that "no one thumbnail can represent more than 5 minutes of
video" is in reference to our Echo360 system, not Matterhorn.  My inquiry
was about how Matterhorn does segmentation because I've noticed that
thumbnails are not always created, especially if the new window is not
maximized to take up the whole screen.  All the responses have been great.
