For institution interested in running Matterhorn on Windows, we're
trying our best to support it but we need more testers. If you have a
clean Windows install, we would really appreciate it if you can try to
install Matterhorn's 3rd party tools, build from source, and attempt to
process a recording. Keep in mind that the 3rd party scripts demand
running a cross compiler on nix, so you'll need a vm. Please let me
know if you can, and note the version your testing with.
