Hi Eric,

This requires you to start matterhorn from an active console for
testing deployment.  So you stop matterhorn, and start it
with /etc/matterhorn/felix/bin/start_matterhorn.sh.

This will load you into a felix shell which allows you to deploy
bundles manually.

Check out the felix product documentation on Apache's website for more
information.
